Cause : Over current comes when the output current exceeds the overcurrent detection level. Inspect the machine to see if it's stuck or bound in some way, preventing the motor from turning.
- Check motor insulation and connection.
- Increase acceleration and deceleration rates.
- Check feedback devices.
- Check motor cable length.
