Cause : Instantaneous output over current detected- peak output current greater than 222% comes when the drive detects that the current flowing through the motor exceeds the preset limits.

1. Acceleration /deceleration rate is too short.
2. If seen during autotune reduce voltage boost Pr 5.15.
3. Check for short circuit on output cabling.
4. Check integrity of motor insulation.
5. Check feedback device wiring.
6. Check feedback device mechanical coupling.
7. Check feedback signals are free from noise.
