Cause : Over speed comes when the LOAD is pushing the MOTOR, instead of the other way around. Motor is turning faster than highest allowed speed due to incorrectly set minimum/maximum speed, insufficient braking torque.
- The speed is higher than 1.2 times the value of 00 22
- Check that the load is not driving.
- Check that the overspeed threshold has been set correctly.
- Adjust the speed loop gains.
- Set a longer deceleration time.
