Cause : DC over volt comes when the drive's DC bus voltage rises higher than the overvoltage trip point. DC bus voltage exceeding the rated value due to excessive power supply voltage.
- Provide a braking resistor (optional).
- Check that the mains supply is not disturbed.
- Check the motor insulation.
