Cause : In Ph. loss comes when phase loss due to the condition caused by blown fuses, tripped circuit breakers, cable damage, open circuits, poor/loose connections and worn contacts.
- Check the mains supply (3 phases present and balanced)
- Check the level of supply voltage (at full load).
