Cause : Current feedback offset error comes when the current feedback offset is too large to be trimmed correctly. The sub-trip relates to the output phase for which the offset error has been detected.

Sub-trip & Phase
1 - U Phase
2 - V Phase
3 - W Phase

• Ensure that there is no possibility of current flowing in the output phases of the drive when the drive is not enabled
• Hardware fault – drive control card or power card faulty.
