Cause : DC bus voltage has exceeded the peak level or maximum continuous level for 15 seconds comes when the Over Volts trip indicates that the DC bus voltage has exceeded the instantaneous over voltage threshold or the maximum DC bus setpoint for 15s.

1. Increase deceleration ramp (Pr 00.004).
2. Decrease the braking resistor value (staying above the minimum value).
3. Check nominal AC supply level.
4. Check for supply disturbances which could cause the DC bus to rise.
5. Check motor insulation using an insulation tester.
