Cause : Option module in option slot X has changed comes when the SlotX Different trip indicates that the option module in option slot X on the drive is a different type to that installed when parameters were last saved on the drive.

1. Turn off the power, ensure the correct option modules are installed in the correct option slots and re-apply the power.
2. Confirm that the currently installed option module is correct, ensure option module parameters are set correctly and perform a user save in Pr mm.000.
