Cause : Option module in option slot X has been removed comes when the SlotX Not Fitted trip indicates that the option module in option slot X on the drive has been removed since the last power up.
- Ensure the option module is installed correctly.
- Re-install the option module.
- To confirm that the removed option module is no longer required perform a save function in Pr mm.000.
