Cause : RAM allocation error comes when the Sub-array RAM indicates that an option module, derivative image or user program image has requested more parameter RAM than is allowed.

The RAM allocation is checked in order of resulting sub-trip numbers, and so the failure with the highest sub-trip number is given.
