Cause : Drive Error comes when a short is detected on the load side when the voltage across the IGBT's collector to emitter is excessive or high current is detected through an IGBT(s).

1. Wiring of inverter and motor get phase-to-phase short circuit.

2. Damage of the inverting module IGBT.

3. Check whether the electric motor coil is short circuit.

4. A failed gate drive board or power board.

5. The drive inverter section (IGBT) is shorted.
