Cause : CONTACTOR FEEDBACK comes when DC Link failed to reach the undervoltage trip level within the contactor feedback time.

CNTC CONTACTOR FBK fault in Parker AC890 drive indicates a problem with the line contactor, a device used to control the power supply to the drive. This fault can prevent the drive from starting or operating correctly.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Inspect the Line Contactor:
    • Visually inspect the line contactor for any signs of damage, corrosion, or contamination.
    • Check the contacts for wear or pitting.
  2. Test the Line Contactor:
    • Use a multimeter to test the continuity of the line contactor's contacts. The contacts should conduct when the line contactor is closed and have no continuity when it is open.
  3. Check Electrical Connections:
    • Inspect the wiring associated with the line contactor for any signs of damage, corrosion, or loose connections.
    • Ensure that the line contactor is properly connected to the drive's power supply.
