Cause : CONTACTOR FEEDBACK comes when DC Link failed to reach the undervoltage trip level within the contactor feedback time.
CNTC CONTACTOR FBK fault in Parker AC890 drive indicates a problem with the line contactor, a device used to control the power supply to the drive. This fault can prevent the drive from starting or operating correctly.
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Inspect the Line Contactor:
- Visually inspect the line contactor for any signs of damage, corrosion, or contamination.
- Check the contacts for wear or pitting.
- Test the Line Contactor:
- Use a multimeter to test the continuity of the line contactor's contacts. The contacts should conduct when the line contactor is closed and have no continuity when it is open.
- Check Electrical Connections:
- Inspect the wiring associated with the line contactor for any signs of damage, corrosion, or loose connections.
- Ensure that the line contactor is properly connected to the drive's power supply.
