Cause : UNDER VOLTAGE comes when the input voltage to the drive is below its rated operating voltage. This can cause the drive to operate at reduced power or even shut down altogether.
DCLO UNDERVOLTAGE fault in Parker AC890 drive indicates that the voltage level on the DC bus has dropped below the drive's lower threshold. This can occur due to issues with the incoming power supply, load conditions, or internal drive components.
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Verify Input Voltage: Use a voltmeter to measure the actual input voltage to the drive.
- Check for Power Supply Issues: Inspect the power supply for any signs of damage or malfunction.
- Inspect the Drive: Look for any visible damage or signs of overheating on the drive's exterior.
