Parker AC10 drive error codes explained. Easy-to-understand guide for diagnosing and fixing common drive faults. Improve equipment uptime.

Below lish show parker AC10 drive error codes:

  • Err3 fault in parker AC10 drive indicate Current Malfunction Before Running. This means a problem with the current sensing or motor wiring before the motor starts running.
  • Err2 fault in parker AC10 drive indicate Tuning Parameters Wrong. This means an issue with the motor tuning parameters that have been set incorrectly or are not suitable for the connected motor.
  • Err1 fault in parker AC10 drive indicates Password is Wrong. This means password function is enabled, password is set wrong. During the programming when you enter wrong password this fault comes.
  • CE fault in parker AC10 drive indicate there in no communication between master & slave due to incorrect parameter or faulty wiring.
  • AErr fault in parker AC10 drive indicates Line Disconnected. This means analog signal line disconnected or signal source is broken due to hardware issue or faulty cable.
  • O.H. fault in parker AC10 drive indicate Heatsink Overheat. This means the temperature of the drive's heatsink has exceeded its safe operating limit.
  • O.E. fault in parker AC10 drive indicate DC Over-Voltage. This means the voltage on the DC bus exceeds the drive’s maximum allowable limit.
  • OC2 fault in parker AC10 drive indicate Overcurrent 2 condition. This means the current drawn by the motor has exceeded the drive's maximum allowable limit.
  • OC1 fault in parker AC10 drive indicate Overcurrent 1 condition. This means the current drawn by the motor has exceeded the drive's maximum allowable limit.
  • OC fault in parker AC10 drive indicate Overcurrent condition. This means the current drawn by the motor has exceeded the drive's maximum allowable limit.
  • LU fault in parker AC10 drive indicate Under-Voltage Protection. This means the drive has detected a voltage level that is too low for safe operation.
  • GP fault in parker AC10 drive indicate Ground fault. This means there is an unintended electrical connection between the motor’s phase conductors (U, V, W) or drive circuitry and the ground (earth).
  • FL fault in parker AC10 drive indicate Flycatching failure condition. This means the acceleration rate is set too high, the motor may not have enough time to smoothly accelerate, leading to a flycatching effect.
  • Err5 fault in parker AC10 drive indicate PID Parameters are set Wrong. This means PID control parameters are not tuned properly for your application.
  • Err4 fault in parker AC10 drive indicate Current Zero Excursion Malfunction. This means the drive has detected an abnormality in the current sensing circuitry.
  • OE fault in parker AC10 drive indicate DC Over-Voltage. This means the voltage on the DC bus exceeds the drive’s maximum allowable limit.
  • LU fault in parker AC10 drive indicate Under-Voltage Protection. This means the drive has detected a voltage level that is too low for safe operation.
  • PF1 fault in parker AC10 drive indicate Input Phase Loss. This means the drive detects a loss of power in one or more of its input phases.
  • OL2 fault in parker AC10 drive indicate Motor Overload. This means the motor draws more current than its rated capacity for an extended period, which can lead to overheating and potential damage to the motor.
  • OL1 fault in parker AC10 drive indicate Inverter Overload. This means the inverter section of the drive is experiencing a load that exceeds its designed capacity.
  • OH fault in parker AC10 drive indicate Heatsink Overheat. This means the temperature of the drive's heatsink has exceeded its safe operating limit.
  • PF0 fault in parker AC10 drive indicate Output Phase Loss. Poor connections between the drive's output terminals and the motor can result in phase loss.
  • PF1 fault in parker AC10 drive indicate Input Phase Loss. This means the drive detects a loss of power in one or more of its input phases.
  • PCE fault in parker AC10 drive indicate PMSM tuning fault. This means an issue encountered while tuning a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM).
  • O.L2 fault in parker AC10 drive indicate Motor Overload. This means the motor draws more current than its rated capacity for an extended period, which can lead to overheating and potential damage to the motor.
  • O.L1 fault in parker AC10 drive indicate Inverter Overload. This means the inverter section of the drive is experiencing a load that exceeds its designed capacity.

This is a comprehensive list of parker AC10 drive error codes. Quickly troubleshoot and resolve common issues.
