Cause : Process overload comes when the drive is subjected to a load that exceeds its rated capacity or the process parameters are not correctly configured.
"F012" fault in Schneider drive indicate an "process overload" condition. This means the drive's output is unable to meet the demands of the connected load.
Follow these steps to correct the fault:
- Check Motor Load: Ensure the motor is not overloaded and operating within its rated capacity.
- Verify Motor Parameters: Confirm that the motor parameters (power, current, voltage, etc.) are correctly entered in the drive.
- Review Drive Configuration: Check the drive's current limit, torque, and other relevant parameters.
- Inspect Driven System: Look for any mechanical issues or obstructions that might be affecting the load.
