Schneider drive fault code SCF3 indicates a ground short circuit fault. This fault can occur during start-up or while the drive is running.

Here are some things you can try to resolve the issue:

1. Recheck all motor parameters.
2. Check the cables connecting the drive to the motor and the motor insulation.
3. Reduce the switching frequency.
4. Check the adjustment of speed loop and/or brake.
5. Increase the Time to Restart.
6. Disconnect the motor leads and then turn off the OPL and try to run the drive open circuit.
7. Perform a diagnostic test.
8. IGBT or transistor test.
9. Use a Megger motor from cables.
10. Check for proper grounding.
11. Check distance between drive and motor.
