Cause : IGBT overheating comes when the thermal junction monitoring function helps to prevent the IGBT from junction over temperature. The cause of this fault is device power stage overheating.

"TJF" fault in Schneider drive "IGBT overheating" condition. This means the temperature of the IGBT modules has exceeded safe operating limits, potentially leading to failure.

  1. Verify the size of the load/motor/device according to environment conditions.
  2. Verify the device ventilation and the ambient temperature.
  3. Reduce the switching frequency.
  4. Verify the external 48V power supply function (if applicable).
