Cause : Incorrect configuration comes when at power on, the device proceeds to a self-test and checks its configuration. If the configuration is not correct, the error [Incorrect Config] CFF is triggered.
A CFF fault in Schneider ATV610 drive indicates an incorrect configuration. This can happen due to following reasons:
- Option card issue: An option card might have been removed or changed, causing a mismatch with the drive's configuration.
- Control block replacement: If you replaced the control block with one from a different ATV610 drive with varying horsepower ratings, it might have conflicting settings.
- Inconsistent parameters: There could be inconsistencies within the drive's current parameter settings.
To correct this fault follow these steps:
- Verify that all option modules are inserted correctly into the option module slot.
- Verify that there is no detected error on the option module.
- Return to factory settings or retrieve the backup configuration if it is valid.
