Cause : Incorrect configuration comes when at power on, the device proceeds to a self-test and checks its configuration. If the configuration is not correct, the error [Incorrect Config] CFF is triggered.

A CFF fault in Schneider ATV610 drive indicates an incorrect configuration. This can happen due to following reasons:

  1. Option card issue: An option card might have been removed or changed, causing a mismatch with the drive's configuration.
  2. Control block replacement: If you replaced the control block with one from a different ATV610 drive with varying horsepower ratings, it might have conflicting settings.
  3. Inconsistent parameters: There could be inconsistencies within the drive's current parameter settings.

To correct this fault follow these steps:

  1. Verify that all option modules are inserted correctly into the option module slot.
  2. Verify that there is no detected error on the option module.
  3. Return to factory settings or retrieve the backup configuration if it is valid.
