Cause : 1 Output phase loss comes when a loose or disconnected connection between the drive and the motor. The cause of this fault is loss of one phase on drive output.
"F014" fault in Schneider ATV310 drive indicates that the drive has detected "a loss of one output phase". This means that one of the three output phases is not supplying power to the motor.
Follow these steps to correct the fault:
- Check Motor Connections: Ensure all connections between the drive and motor are tight and secure.
- Inspect Motor Cable: Examine the motor cable for any visible damage, cuts, or signs of overheating.
- Verify Drive Output: If possible, check the voltage output of each phase from the drive to confirm if one phase is missing.
- Test Contactor or Relay: If using a contactor or relay, verify its operation.
