F015 Output phases loss fault in Schneider ATV310 drive

Cause : Output phases loss comes when all three phases of the motor are disconnected or faulty. The cause of this fault is motor not connected or motor power too low, below 6% of the rated drive current.

"F015" fault in Schneider ATV310 drive indicate "Output phases loss" condition. This means the drive is completely unable to supply power to the motor.

Follow these steps to correct the fault:

  1. Check Motor Connections: Ensure all connections between the drive and motor are tight and secure.
  2. Inspect Motor Cable: Examine the motor cable for any visible damage, cuts, or signs of overheating.
  3. Verify Drive Output: If possible, check the voltage output of each phase from the drive to confirm if one phase is missing.
  4. Test Contactor or Relay: If using a contactor or relay, verify its operation.
