Cause : HMI communication comes when there's an issue with the communication between the drive and its Human Machine Interface (HMI) or display unit. The cable connecting the drive to the HMI is damaged or disconnected.
"F024" fault in Schneider ATV310 drive indicate HMI communication error. This means the communication interruption with the external display terminal.
Follow these steps to correct the fault:
- Check Communication Cable: Inspect the cable connecting the drive and HMI for any damage or loose connections.
- Verify Communication Settings: Ensure that the communication parameters are correctly configured on both the drive and the HMI.
- Test HMI: Try connecting the HMI to another device to verify its functionality.
