Cause: Internal Link Error comes when communication interruption between option module and the drive. This means a problem in the communication between the drive's main control board and an installed option card.
"ILF" fault in Schneider ATV950 drive indicate an "Internal Link Error". This means a communication issue between internal components within the drive.
- Verify the environment "electromagnetic compatibility".
- Verify the connections.
- Replace the option module.
