Cause : Internal error 16 (IO module - relay) comes when communication interruption of the output relays option module or internal error of the output relays option module.
"INFG" Internal error 16 fault in Schneider ATV610 drive indicate option module error. This means there is an internal error of the output relays option module.
- Verify that the option module is correctly connected to the control electronics.
- Replace the option module.
