Cause: Control block and AFE error comes when a communication interruption between the control block and AFE or BU bricks has been detected.
"inFN" Internal Error 23 fault in Schneider ATV950 drive indicate an "Control block and AFE error". This means a communication issue between the control block and AFE or BU bricks has been detected.
