Cause : Incompatibility CB & SW comes when incompatibility between the control board hardware version and firmware version.
"INFP" Internal error 25 fault in Schneider ATV610 drive indicate Incompatibility CB & SW issue. An incompatibility between the control board hardware version and firmware version can cause problems with various electronic devices, including Schneider Electric ATV610 drives.
- Update the firmware package.
- Cycle line voltage to the drive.
- Make sure the display goes all the way out before restoring voltage.
