Cause : "Incompatibility CB & SW" comes when incompatibility between the control board hardware version and firmware version.
"INFP" Internal error 25 fault in Schneider ATV950 drive indicate "Incompatibility CB & SW" issue. This means an incompatibility between the control board hardware version and firmware version.
- Update the firmware package.
- Cycle line voltage to the drive.
- Make sure the display goes all the way out before restoring voltage.
