Cause: M/S Device Error comes when "a master, one or more slaves are not present or not ready" or "for a slave, the master is not present". This fault typically arises in systems where multiple drives are configured to work together in a master-slave arrangement.

"MSdF" fault in Schneider ATV950 drive indicate "Master slave device" Error. This means an issue with the master-slave communication setup.

  1. Verify the drive status.
  2. Verify the settings of the master/slave architecture.
