Cause : Process overload comes when the drive has detected an overload condition in the process it is controlling. This fault can be caused by various factors, including an overloaded motor, incorrect parameter settings, or mechanical issues in the driven equipment.

"OLC" Process overload fault in Schneider ATV610 drive indicate process overload fault. This means the motor is drawing more current than the drive's pre-configured overload threshold for a specified duration. This is a protective mechanism to prevent damage to the motor and drive.

  1. Verify and remove the cause of the overload.
  2. Verify the parameters of the "Process overload" OLD– function.
