Cause: Torque timeout comes when the torque control function is not able to regulate the torque within the configured dead band. The drive has switched to speed control for longer than "Torque ctrl time out" rtO.

"SrF" fault in Schneider ATV950 drive indicate "Torque timeout issue". This means the torque control function is not able to regulate the torque within the configured dead band.

  1. Verify the settings of the "Torque control" tOr- function.
  2. Verify that there are no mechanical constraints.
