Cause: AI1 Thermal Detected Error comes when the thermal sensor monitoring function has detected a high temperature error on analog input AI1.

"tH1F" fault in Schneider ATV950 drive indicate "AI1 Thermal Detected error". This means a problem with an analog input (AI1) and its associated temperature sensor (Th).

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Check Sensor and Wiring: Inspect the temperature sensor and its wiring for any damage or loose connections.
  2. Verify Sensor Functionality: Use a multimeter to check the sensor's output voltage.
  3. Review Drive Configuration: Ensure the AI1 input is configured correctly for the type of sensor and its range.
  4. Isolate Interference: Check for potential sources of electromagnetic interference.
