Cause: AI5 Thermal Detected Error comes when the thermal sensor monitoring function has detected a high temperature error on analog input AI5.
"tH5F" fault in Schneider ATV950 drive indicate "AI5 Thermal Detected error". This means a problem with an analog input (AI5) and its associated temperature sensor (Th).
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Check Sensor and Wiring: Inspect the temperature sensor and its wiring for any damage or loose connections.
- Verify Sensor Functionality: Use a multimeter to check the sensor's output voltage.
- Review Drive Configuration: Ensure the AI5 input is configured correctly for the type of sensor and its range.
- Isolate Interference: Check for potential sources of electromagnetic interference.
