Cause : Alarm startup of 2nd SLB comes when startup of the 2nd SIMOLINK ring does not function due to faulty connection.
- Check the fiber optic cable ring for any disconnections.
- Check whether an SLB in the ring is without voltage.
- Check whether an SLB in the ring is faulty.
