Cause : Follow-up mode in slave axis active comes when the "follow-up mode" [FUM] control signal is active in the slave axis required by the master axis. A slave axis which is switched to follow- up mode cannot be operated by the master axis.
- Deactivate follow-up mode in the slave axis.
