Cause : I too low comes when excitation of the induction motor, the current did not rise above 12.5 % of the setpoint magnetizing current for no-load operation. This means the motor was being energized, the current did not rise.

F012 fault in siemens master drive indicate that I (Current) too low. This means the motor is not drawing the expected amount of current.

  1. Only for closed-loop-n/ f/ m control.
  2. If a motor is not connected; go into the simulation mode and check P733 Simulation operation, current sensing.
  3. Check the power section.
