Cause : I too low comes when there's an issue with the current flowing through the motor when the drive is starting it up.  This means during excitation of the motor, the current component is less than 25 % of the motor no- load current.

An F014 fault in Siemens Masterdrive indicates a problem with the current during motor excitation. This means there's an issue with the current flowing through the motor when the drive is starting it up.

1. Check the output contactor.
2. Check the motor cable.
