Cause : DSP link comes when the link to the internal signal processor is interrupted or internal coupling error. One of the two coupling partners does not respond.

The Siemens Masterdrive fault code F043 indicates a problem with the communication link between the drive's main control board and the Digital Signal Processor (DSP) chip. The DSP is an integral part of the drive responsible for complex calculations and real-time motor control.

1. Reduce pulse frequency (perhaps caused by calculating time overflow).
2. If fault re-occurs, replace the board/unit.
3. Reduce pulse frequency (P340).
