Cause : Safely-Limited Speed exceeded comes when the drive has moved faster than that specified by the velocity limit value (p9531). The drive is stopped as a result of the configured stop response (p9563).
- check the traversing/motion program in the control.
- check the limits for "Safely-Limited Speed (SLS) and if required, adapt (p9531)
