Cause : Safely-Limited Speed exceeded comes when he drive had moved faster than that specified by the velocity limit value (p9331). The drive is stopped as a result of the configured stop response (p9363).

100: SLS1 exceeded.
200: SLS2 exceeded.
300: SLS3 exceeded.
400: SLS4 exceeded.

- check the traversing/motion program in the control.
- check the limits for "SLS" function and if required, adapt (p9331).
