Cause : Monitoring U_ce comes when he power unit, the monitoring of the collector-emitter voltage (U_ce) of the semiconductor has responded.

Possible causes:

1. fiber-optic cable interrupted.
2. power supply of the IGBT gating module missing.
3. short-circuit at the power unit output.
4. defective semiconductor in the power unit.

Fault value (r0949, interpret binary):
Bit 0: Short-circuit in phase U
Bit 1: Short circuit in phase V
Bit 2: Short-circuit in phase W

- check the fiber-optic cable and if required, replace.
- check the power supply of the IGBT gating module (24 V).
- check the power cable connections.
- select the defective semiconductor and replace.
