cause : Internal software error comes when an internal software error has occurred. When encountering an "Internal Software Error" on a Siemens SINAMICS G120 drive, it indicates that there's a fault within the drive's internal software or firmware.
- if required, upgrade the firmware in the DRIVE-CLiQ hub module to a more recent version.
