1. The sampling time must be between 1 ms and the value r20003 - r20002.
2. If the sampling time of the selected free run-time group is < 1 ms, the equivalent value of 1 ms is used.
3. If the value >= r20003, then the sampling time is set to the next higher or the same software sampling time >= r21003.
