Cause : Phase failure motor cable comes when a phase failure in the motor feeder cable was detected due to the motor is correctly connected, but the drive has stalled in U/f control. In this case, a current of 0 A is possibly measured in one phase due to asymmetry of the currents.

The signal can also be output in the following cases:

  1. The motor is correctly connected, but the drive has stalled in U/f control. In this case, a current of 0 A is possibly measured in one phase due to asymmetry of the currents.
  2. the motor is correctly connected, however the closed-speed control is instable and therefore an oscillating torque is generated.

- check the motor feeder cables.
- increase the ramp-up or ramp-down time (p1120) if the drive has stalled in U/f control.
- check the speed controller settings.
