The F01625 fault in Siemens Sinamics G120 drive indicates a Sign-of-Life error in the safety data. This error signifies an issue with the data used by the drive's "Safety Integrated" function, which is crucial for ensuring safe operation.

The drive-integrated "Safety Integrated" function on processor 1 has detected an error in the sign-of-life of the safety data and initiated a STOP A due to there is a communication error between processor 1 and processor 2 or communication has failed or a time slice overflow of the safety software has occurred.

  1. Select Safe Torque Off and de-select again.
  2. Carry out a POWER ON (power off/on).
  3. Check whether additional faults are present and if required, perform diagnostics.
  4. Check the electrical cabinet design and cable routing for EMC compliance
