Cause : Cable fault to the component comes when the fault counter (r9936[0...199]) to monitor the DRIVE-CLiQ connections/cables has been incremented.
- check the corresponding DRIVE-CLiQ cables.
- check the electrical cabinet design and cable routing for EMC compliance.
