Cause : Align monitoring functions comes when an error has occurred when aligning the Safety Integrated monitoring functions of both monitoring channels. No common set of supported SI monitoring functions was able to be determined.

- Safety Integrated software releases on the Control Unit and Motor Module/Hydraulic Module are not compatible with one another.

- carry out a POWER ON (power off/on) for all components.
- upgrade the Motor Module/Hydraulic Module software.
- upgrade the Control Unit software.
- check the electrical cabinet design and cable routing for EMC compliance
