Cause : Motor Module software/hardware incompatible comes when the existing Motor Module software does not support safe motion monitoring or is not compatible to the software on the Control Unit or there is a communications error between the Control Unit and Motor Module.

- check whether there are faults in the safety function alignment between the Control Unit and the Motor Module
involved (F01655, F30655) and if required, carry out diagnostics for the faults involved
