Cause : Chip temperature rise exceeds critical levels comes when the chip temperature of the semiconductor has exceeded the permissible limit value.

- the permissible load duty cycle was not maintained.
- insufficient cooling, fan failure.
- overload.
- ambient temperature too high.
- pulse frequency too high.

Here's a guide on how to deal with an Chip temperature rise exceeds critical levels fault:

  • adapt the load duty cycle.
  • check whether the fan is running.
  • check the fan elements.
  • check whether the ambient temperature is in the permissible range.
  • check the motor load.
  • reduce the pulse frequency if this is higher than the rated pulse frequency
