Solution : If you want to factory reset siemens V20 drive parameter then use the following step :
1. First press "M" button and then press "UP" button then goto the parameter P0010.
2. Then enter value 30 (Parameter reset).
3. Then goto the parameter P0970 and enter value 21 (Parameter reset).
4. After enter parameter restart drive.
now your drive reset to the factory default.
