How can resolve problem MBF fault in delta VFD-ED series drive ?

MBF Mechanical brake failure - The feedback signal and the release signal are not consistent.
corrective action
1. Check if the mechanical brake signal is correct.
2. Check if the mechanical brake detection time setting (Pr.02-35) is correct.
