How can resolve problem STL1 fault in delta VFD-ED series drive ?

STL1 STO Loss 1
1. Check the STO1/SCM1 wiring.
2. Reset the emergency switch (ON) and reboot the motor drive.
3. Check the voltage at least > 11 V.
4. Check the wiring between STO1 and E24V, and the wiring between SCM1 and DCM.
5. After checking all the wiring, reboot the motor drive.
